Schedule/Hours:

• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (7:00AM – 5:30PM)
• One weekend on-call per month (36 hours: 24 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience scrubbing and circulating in the Operating Room
• Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) with Orthopedic Spine, robotics, and trauma patient care
• Up-to-date BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform scrubbing and circulating duties for a diverse range of surgical procedures with consistent attention to safety and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the highest level of perioperative care
• Provide expert care for orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma patients
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required
