Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress. Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members. Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child's progress. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Mass LABA Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
