Business Analyst

Job Duties

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.

• Create user stories, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.

• Collaborate with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Support backlog refinement, testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.

• Develop project documentation and training materials as needed.

Minimum Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience Required

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology or business initiatives.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience supporting software development lifecycle projects.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
