We're looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking Cooks who take pride in preparing great food, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.As a Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering the Wingstop experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food, following food safety standards, and supporting a culture of hospitality that puts guests first.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook wings, fries, tenders, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standardsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirementsMonitor product quality, temperatures, hold times, and expiration dates to ensure food safety complianceOperate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficientlySauce, season, package, and present food accurately and consistentlyRead and execute orders with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area throughout each shiftComplete opening, shift, and closing cleaning proceduresCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast serviceAssist with food preparation, inventory organization, and product rotation using FIFO methodsSupport a positive guest experience by demonstrating urgency, teamwork, and professionalismInteract with guests in a friendly and respectful manner when needed, answering questions and helping ensure order accuracyAssist in resolving guest concerns by partnering with leadership to deliver outstanding serviceQualificationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailStrong commitment to food safety and cleanlinessPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamExcellent communication and guest service skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsPrevious restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not requiredWhat Success Looks LikeSafe food handling and consistent execution of Wingstop standardsAccurate and timely order preparationClean and organized workstationsPositive interactions with guests and team membersCommitment to delivering great food and an exceptional guest experience every shiftWork ScheduleMonday to FridayWeekend availability10 hour shiftNight shiftDay shift
