High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred 1+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or customer service experience preferred ~ Strong ERP, inventory management, and Microsoft Office skills ~ Manage purchasing activities for stock and non-stock materials Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations Track orders and coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery Process vendor returns and assist with inventory reduction efforts Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors Investigate and resolve accounts payable discrepancies Follow company and customer operating procedures and safety requirements Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred. Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial. Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position. Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service Representative. Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
