Healthcare Professional – Physical TherapySchedule: Days shift, with a 40-hour work week guaranteed.Assignment Details: Contract length of 26 weeks.Requirements:Active license required.Experience in setting is necessary.Responsibilities:Provide therapeutic services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.Assess patient needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.Document patient care and progress in compliance with regulations.Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.Educate patients and families regarding healthcare processes and home care.Compliance / Notes: Completion bonus available for contracts signed through the end of September.
