Project Specialist

Overview Project Specialist I (Fiber Construction) – Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time entry level Project Specialist I in Greenville, SC. Responsibilities Assist primary project managers in reporting and organizational duties of large-scale, fast-paced nationwide projects. Correspond with project managers daily to provide support for their roles. Coordinate tasks related to new job records and purchase orders. Maintain and update company databases/trackers. Coordinate and track POs, submittals, and complete project close-out tasks. Monitor and track project dates and deadlines. Scan, fax and print documents for project managers. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be organized, work on multiple projects, and meet stringent deadlines by setting priorities to achieve project goals. Proven ability to work efficiently and independently. Attention to detail with quick, but accurate, work completion. Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required. Proficient with G Suite (Excel expertise required). Knowledge of MS Office and related programs. Outstanding organizational and strong follow-through skills. Maintain confidentiality of corporate, client and other TEP business information. 1 to 3 years of experience in the telecom industry preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent.
