Physical Therapy Assistant (LTAC) – Travel assignment in the Boston, MA area. Start date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,427–$1,533 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Responsibilities
- Support licensed physical therapists in delivering PT interventions to LTAC patients, under supervision
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, ROM and mobility retraining, and activities of daily living training
- Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions; document progress and report changes to the PT and care team
- Prepare and apply modalities as delegated and within scope (e.g., therapeutic modalities) and maintain proper equipment and supplies
- Ensure safe patient handling, positioning, and infection control; maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient goals and participate in care planning and charting as required

Requirements
- Active PTA license issued by the MA Board of Allied Health
- CPR/AED certification
- Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
- Preferred: PTA outpatient hospital experience
- Ability to work in a hospital LTAC setting and adhere to assigned shift schedule

Education
- PTA education from an accredited program (not specified in notes; typical requirement)

Licenses and Certifications
- Licensed PTA in Massachusetts
- CPR/AED certified
