Clinic Hours Outpatient ASAP
We are actively hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locums opportunity in Crescent City, California.
Opportunity Details:

• ASAP start available
• Ongoing assignment
• Outpatient / Family Practice setting
• Monday - Friday schedule
• 8am 5pm , 10 hour shifts available
• Epic EMR
• Adult and pediatric patient mix
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Flexible coverage discussions available

Requirements:

• Active CA license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Family Practice / Primary Care experience
• Active DEA prior to start
• Chronic pain management experience preferred
• Experience in a similar outpatient or panel management setting preferred
