If your traveler starts on the designated dates, they will receive the standard rate until the specified date, at which point the posted seasonal rate will take effect. Rates will return to standard amounts after a set date. Local travel radius is 50 miles. Cancellations due to rate changes after contract signature will result in a system DNR (Do Not Resuscitate). Ratios are 1:4. Years of experience required: 2. Weekend coverage is necessary. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS. This position does not require on-call responsibilities. Floating may occur, with support available. Travel experience is preferred. Experience with trauma levels I and II is advantageous. Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census averages 185 patients, with about 180 visits per day. The facility is an acute care hospital. The number of staffed beds is 356. Patient ratios are maintained at 4. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities. Refusal to float could result in termination of assignment. All RTO and scheduling requests must be made upfront during submission. Post-submission RTO may not be considered. Providers may need communication devices for the assignment, which will be supplied at no cost. Modules are non-billable and included in non-billable operational hours. Module completion is recorded in training transcripts. References are required, covering one year of experience within the last three years.
