Mental Health TherapistProject Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, and treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient setting! Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful, independent living. Hours:Full timeMonday - Thursday from 9:00am - 5:00pmFriday from 9:00am - 3:00pmResponsibilities include:Maintain a mental health caseload.Complete assessments, treatment plans, individual notes, group notes, and other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C.Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care and treatment.Attain occasional trainings and maintain licensure requirements.Qualifications include:Active LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC license in the State of Maryland.Computer literate and experience working in an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.Possess sound judgment, professionalism, and compassion for client care.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Familiarity with DHMH / CARF requirements.Benefits:Paid time off (PTO)Optional Medical / Vision / Dental insuranceOptional 401(K) with employer matchEmployer paid life insuranceAdditional benefits to be discussed during interview processSalary:$62,500/yr. - $72,000/yr - Salary is based upon licensure - please feel free to reach out to discuss.
