We work together to enhance peoples' lives through our products and presence in the communities in which we operate.Job SummaryThe Painter is responsible for all activities relating to the color application of all molds in accordance with the company's policy on quality.Essential Functions:Comply with company Safety Policies and ProceduresWears assigned PPE in order to safely perform all job tasksWears steel-toed boot for the duration of work shiftMaintains a professional and positive attitudeReports any and all injuries to respective supervisor(s)Performs general housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and safe work areaAttends company sponsored training when necessaryReports to work daily and on time unless otherwise excusedClean dried over pour from inside and tops of molds to prevent possible defect and stacking issuesReports issues which may result in poor quality to Production SupervisorPerforms other duties as assigned or neededRegular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibilityKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to receive and carry out instructions given by managementAbility to model desired behavior and conduct for all employeesMust be safe minded and alert during times of operationDemonstrated traits of honesty and integrity and ability to maintain confidential informationMust have enough near/far/depth and color perception to satisfactorily paint moldMust understand written formulas for paintingEducation and/or ExperienceThe employee should have the following:No minimum education requirementNo prior experience or training requiredEssential Physical Requirements/Work EnvironmentThe employee should possess the ability to:Prolong standing or in stationary positionComplete repetitive movements such as typingBe exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortableComplete repetitive movementsWear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection)Lift/move/transport items up to 50 poundsAbility to move or traverse about the facilitiesMust be able to ascend/descend stairs or laddersAbility to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditionsThis is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions.
