As a key leader in our clinical department, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising shifts, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of resident care. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure seamless delivery of resident care

• Manage staff to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to policies and procedures

• Ensure the smooth running of the building, addressing any needs or concerns in a timely and efficient manner

• Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to excellence

Requirements:

• Current Missouri state RN license

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Results-oriented and energetic

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
