Exciting Opportunity for a CT/X-Ray Tech!

Job Description:


- Shift: 8H Day, Evening M-F 2pm-1030pm
- Schedule: Every third weekend either on call or working, rotating call weeknights
- Department: CT / X-Ray
- Required Certifications:
- ARRT-CT
- BLS
- Experience & Skills:
- Proficient with GE VCT 64 slice and GE Revolution 128 slice CT scanners
- X-ray or CT experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR: EPIC and PACS: McKesson
- Room/Scanners Available:
- MRI: 2 rooms
- CT: 4 rooms
- X-ray: 3 rooms plus endo, OR, and portables
- Nuc Med: 2 rooms plus PET
- US: 3 rooms
- IR: 2 rooms
- Mammo: 3 rooms
- Responsibilities:
- Varied imaging/studies performed
- Be flexible, positive, and willing to learn and adapt
- Call or Standby Requirements:
- Yes, response time varied
- Orientation:
- 1-2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation
- Additional Information:
- Radiology badge provided by client
- Driver's license required for submission
- Fingernail policy: Artificial nails prohibited in patient care departments
- RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract). Additional RTO not approved.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
