Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a CNA or PCA. As a CNA/PCA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients on tube feeding or special diets
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow proper infection control protocols and practice aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA only)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with airway management and critical care techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
