Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute illnesses (e.g., infections, minor injuries) and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). Diagnostic Testing: Ordering, performing, supervising, and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies (X-rays, EKGs). Prescribing & Procedures: Prescribing medications and non-pharmacologic treatments, as well as performing minor procedures. Health Promotion: Counseling patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and nutrition. Documentation: Recording accurate patient information in Electronic Health Records (EHR) in compliance with regulations.
