Opportunity Highlights
Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
Mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiology responsibilities
Conduct new patient evaluations, hospital consults, and follow-up visits
Participate in stress testing, medication management, and chronic disease management
Coordinate diagnostic testing, patient education, and discharge planning
Collaborative team environment with cardiologists and interdisciplinary staff

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $130,000 $155,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Eligibility for productivity-based incentives

Candidate Profile
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible for New York State licensure
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Cardiology experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and patient-centered approach
