Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Connecticut.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
