Community Health Navigator & Advocate
Molina Healthcare of Illinois
Molina Healthcare is seeking a member advocate to provide support and advocacy for community-based services. The role involves engaging with vulnerable members to help manage health care needs and navigate services, requiring excellent customer service and communication skills. Candidates should have at least 1 year of health care experience and a valid driver’s license. A community health worker certification may be required.
