Description of Primary Duties

• Work with Local Agencies: Match with local non-profit agencies to work 10-12 hours per week throughout the academic year.
• Earn While You Learn: Receive a paycheck through Federal Work Study funding.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Learn civic responsibility and nonprofit leadership skills.
• Expand Your Horizons: Broaden your educational experience and awareness of community needs.
• Make a Difference: Provide valuable services, insights, and energy to the Springfield community.
• Community Service Projects: Participate in at least one service project in the community each semester.
