Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity at busy hospital in Portland, OR. Perfect opportunity for new PGYI to work at a highly rated health system in Southern California. Clinically progressive pharmacy department: fully decentralized model. Clinical pharmacy staff rotate among satellite pharmacies (Med Surg, ICU, ER) Details Setting: Hospital Schedule: Day shifts. Duties Verifies physician orders and looks for therapeutic incompatibilities Consults with and advises Medical Staff to ensure optimal medication therapy regimens for patients Reconciles MARs and reviews antibiotic sensitivities Coordinates the filling and timely delivery of drugs and IV solutions from the pharmacy. Compounds, checks, supervises IV admixture per physician orders. Provides supervision and direction for pharmacy support staff. Requirements PharmD Excellent verbal and written communications skills Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required. Compensation $65.00 - $95.00/hour base + differential #J-18808-Ljbffr
