Sr. Software Quality Engineer

Contract Term 5 months with possible extension. Note We do not take visa transfers or support sponsorship. This is not a C2C / 1099 role. Role Summary In this position you will work alongside a cross‑functional team and with other Software Quality Engineers on the HUGO project. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop, modify, apply, and maintain software quality documentation following operating methods, processes, and procedures. This will include evaluation of software systems activities including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification and validation. Top 3 Technical Skills Performing Software FMEA Risk Management Planning and Reporting experience Knowledge of IEC 62304 Experience Required University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Responsibilities Develop, modify, apply, and maintain standards for software systems quality operating methods, processes, and procedures. Conduct evaluation of software systems activities including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification and validation. Develop overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process and contract requirements and objectives.
