Job Duties Answer the phones and respond to emails - first point of contact. Enter inventory into systems/reconciliation in volume. Enter parts information into the system. Back order processing of work orders and accessories. Perform data entry steps to process all production transactions. Research issues related to production entry transactions. Accurately file all production work orders, logs, and related documents. Process shipment confirmations upon fulfillment of orders leaving the facility. Additional support duties as requested by manager.
