The facility holds accreditation as a chest pain and stroke center and maintains a Geriatric Emergency Department Level 3 Accreditation (GEDA). These designations reflect established clinical protocols and the infrastructure necessary to support quality orthopedic and emergency care delivery. Coverage is distributed across two facilities to ensure continuity of orthopedic services.

Tennessee offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. The state is home to destinations such as Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood theme park, and the Tennessee Aquarium, providing diverse recreational options. Clinicians may also explore outdoor pursuits including hiking in Cades Cove, waterfall trails, and bass fishing along the Tennessee River, as well as mountain coasters and local historic mill tours.

Clinicians will provide call and 24-hour call coverage across clinic and emergency department settings at two on-site facilities, with coverage structured primarily around weekend shifts. Clinical responsibilities encompass general orthopedic surgical care consistent with clinic and ER environments. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment. Board certification in orthopedic surgery is negotiable for consideration.
