Associate Director, Portfolio Management
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Portfolio Management to support strategic decision-making for late-stage oncology assets. The role partners with project and lifecycle teams to develop decision packages for pivotal development, registration, and launch activities, integrating clinical, commercial, and financial perspectives across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop decision packages with project teams for pivotal trials, registration, and launch milestones
- Build fact bases including target product profiles, evidence plans, and probability-of-success analyses
- Integrate inputs from development, commercialization, finance, and strategy into clear decision briefs
- Support option development, Go/No-Go threshold definition, and lifecycle indication choices
- Contribute asset and portfolio insights to strategic reviews and prioritization analyses
Requirements
- 8+ years in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, drug development, or related strategy experience
- Deep knowledge of late-stage development, registration, and commercialization processes
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple functions into clear recommendations
- Experience with indication strategy, pivotal trial design, and lifecycle planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with cross-functional leaders
