Quality Assurance Assistant

As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects from start to finish. Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year. Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure work meets company standards. Keep the Production Manager informed throughout the process. Client Satisfaction: Consistently generate customer satisfaction. Promote continued business and uphold our reputation. Qualifications: Must be over the age of 21. Minimum of 2 years within the construction industry. Must be able to walk on roofs. Strong organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (both written and verbal). Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions. Ability to read directions and follow them. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
