OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Set Up Technician to join our team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our equipment and machinery are set up and maintained to meet production standards. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSet up and calibrate machinery and equipment according to specifications.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with production teams to understand setup requirements and timelines.Document setup processes and maintain accurate records of equipment configurations.Assist in training new team members on setup procedures and safety protocols.Identify and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical setup role preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.You should be proficient in:Injection Molding Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
