Location: Carlsbad, Metro San Diego Area, CA Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM | No nights or weekends Position Type: Permanent | Outpatient | No OB
At She Recruits, we're partnering with a thriving outpatient clinic in North San Diego County to find a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician ready to join a patient-focused, supportive team. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy autonomy, manageable patient volume, and a work-life balance while living steps from the Pacific Ocean.
What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population
- Manage approximately 1520 patients per day
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on community health and wellness
- Work MondayFriday with no nights or weekends
- New graduates are welcome mentorship and guidance available

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid California Medical License & DEA (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills
