• Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC, skilled nursing)

• End Date: May 6, 2026
• Contract Duration: 7 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM (12-hour day shifts)
• Positions Available: 1
• Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1,000 - $1,050
• Work Type: On-site (Local LPN opportunity in Albuquerque)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico (required)
• No minimum years of LPN experience required; experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required
• Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, ADLs, and skilled nursing documentation
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and commit to the full contract duration
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills; ability to collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and facility staff
• Must reside locally in the Albuquerque area (LOCAL ONLY) - ideal for Albuquerque LPN candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient and resident care following individualized care plans and facility policies
• Safely administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team (skilled nursing documentation)
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring comfort, dignity, and a high quality of life
• Support resident assessments, care plan execution, and interdisciplinary communication
• Collaborate closely with nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, and facility staff to deliver resident-centered care
• Communicate compassionately with residents and families about care, progress, and daily needs
