Position Summary and RequirementsThe Clinical Team Lead will divide their responsibilities between direct patient care and overseeing clinical operations. This role is essential for optimizing staffing resources throughout the Mission Health System by coordinating, educating, and engaging nursing and therapy staff from CarePartners Internal Staffing. The Clinical Team Lead will work alongside Mission System leaders and educators to ensure that competent and safe staff are available as needed. This position also involves assessing staffing requirements, making necessary adjustments, and recruiting additional staff to support the Internal Staffing Agency. Administrative and clerical support will be provided, along with a variety of office-based assistance for daily operations and program management.
Qualifications Needed:- Required Education: Associate’s Degree
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Required License: Registered Nurse
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a staffing coordinator or with a staffing agency.
