Location: St. Augustine, Florida
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hr (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses
Position: Full-Time

- Reliability: Dependable transportation to our Gainesville shop for early morning rollout.
- Experience: Prior experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or heavy outdoor construction preferred—but we will train motivated workers with a strong work ethic!
- Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials.
- Assisting with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup tasks.
- Operating tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, hand tools).
- Working alongside your Crew Leader to complete custom residential and commercial jobs on schedule.
