We're hiring a Patrol Guard in Phoenix, AZ, to perform both vehicle and foot patrols in residential and commercial areas. In this role, you'll help protect property, monitor high-value areas, secure access points, and provide a visible security presence that gives residents and clients peace of mind. What You'll Do Conduct foot and vehicle patrols in assigned areas Monitor courtyards, offices, pools, access points, and other designated locations Help protect residents, property, and client assets Complete detailed activity and incident reports using company technology Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and clients Provide professional, courteous customer service De-escalate issues calmly and appropriately Maintain your assigned patrol vehicle, including cleanliness, inspection, and fueling Care for assigned equipment such as radios, keys/cards, uniforms, and devices Follow all post orders, company procedures, and site-specific instructions What We're Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug test Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Available to work weekends Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds Willing to complete the required training during the first month Must have a valid Arizona guard card What Makes You a Strong Fit You may be a great match for this role if you are: Calm under pressure Observant and attentive to detail Comfortable working independently Professional in appearance and attitude Good at communicating clearly and respectfully Committed to excellent service and safety Why Join Signal At Signal, your work matters. Position Summary: A Signal Dedicated Officer will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. Responsibilities: Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company's values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders. Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders. The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind. Consistently communicates with the Advanced Dedicated Officer or the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns. Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles, and devices, etc. Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner. Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality. Communicate with the Dedicated Branch Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as the client needs and post order changes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
