Hybrid Oncology Pharmacist - IV Therapy & Patient Care

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide virtual and onsite pharmacy services to high‑volume ambulatory oncology pharmacies across the Chicagoland area, with onsite work in Downers Grove, IL when supporting virtual services. You will oversee pharmaceutical care, review medication orders, design patient‑specific regimens, counsel patients and caregivers, participate in safety and quality improvement activities, and serve as a preceptor for students and staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
