Development Manager: Lead Flexible Real Estate Projects

Cleveland Indians Baseball Co

The Chicago Cubs are looking for an experienced Development Manager to help grow Marquee Development and innovate business processes. This role involves coordinating external design activities, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful execution of projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders. Qualified candidates will have a degree in construction or related fields with at least five years of experience in development projects, demonstrating knowledge in project management and construction processes.
