About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Equity Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fund accounting services to complex investment funds, which encompasses tasks such as NAV calculations, fund performance reporting, expense allocations, and reconciliations. This role also involves providing support to junior team members, partnering with clients to address accounting inquiries, and ensuring that financial reporting is precise, compliant, and in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in fund accounting, with a focus on private equity and/or hedge funds. Proficiency in fund accounting platforms such as Investran, Advent Geneva, or similar is essential. While not mandatory, experience with the big 4 accounting firms and a background in AI and its integration into accounting processes are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards in financial reporting.
