Customer Executive - Business Services to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).Responsibilities:Responsible for revenue / profit goals and effective management of the P&L across multiple deal structures, set strategy within sphere of responsibility and contribute to long-term strategy of overall business unitSpecific responsibilities include the delivery of all initiatives within a client organization and ensuring the client's needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables related to our servicesThis individual is expected to spend much of their time focused on account expansionThey will be the lead interface for securing and delivering value added proposals to client's leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor to client C-level leaders and as primary lead to resolve delivery issues and / or conflictsExpected to build strong collaborative relationships with Consultants, Account Executives, Domain Sales Executives, Operations and others to maximize customer utilization of NTT DATA products and servicesDirect the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the groupRequirements:15 plus years Information Technology Services and / or consulting experience10 plus years’ experience involving a combination of building business/practice, business consulting, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and comprehensive responsibilities involving delivering solutions to meet business needsHeavy experience with client shared services organizations requiredExtensive experience with utility, cloud driven contracts requiredDemonstrated service delivery improvement experience in leveraged and dedicated delivery modelsDemonstrate past success of delivering add-on business, revenue expansion, and managing P&LsOperational expertise to ensure delivery expectations are exceeded and that proper team is in place to conduct appropriate business/technology planning and to deliver solutions/operational excellencePrevious leadership experience with responsibilities for leading client engagement teams, meeting deliverables, implementing value-add solutions and developing and maintaining client relationshipsMust have executive presence to engage with credibility on customer business issues, develop executive level relationships, and negotiate client contractKnowledgeable of common IT methodologies and performance management tools, such as performance scorecards, SLA's, etcDesired Skills:Demonstrate experience developing and delivering product and service innovation relative to Application Development & Support, Managed Infrastructure and Cloud servicesPrevious Information Technology Services or Consulting Industry experience requiredPrevious experience migrating and consolidating large distributed traditional IT services into multi tenancy public cloud environments This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
