Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience

As an HVAC Installer Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced installers while learning how to install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications. Every day is an opportunity to develop new skills while contributing to a team that takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

• Assist with installing residential HVAC systems and accessories

• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily job assignments

• Help install ductwork, refrigerant piping, drain lines, and ventilation components

• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each installation

• Follow safety procedures and company installation standards

• Learn proper installation techniques through hands-on training

• Provide courteous and professional service while working in customers' homes

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in the skilled trades. Construction, mechanical, electrical, or trade school experience is helpful but not required.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing quality work. A valid driver's license is required.
