Regional Practice Manager

The Regional Practice Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple Avina Women's Care locations. This role ensures the delivery of high quality, patient-centered OB/GYN services while driving practice specific staff development, human resources tasks, financial performance, and operational excellence across assigned divisions. The Regional Practice Manager serves as the operational bridge between physicians, executive leadership, clinical and operations staff.


Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of multiple high-volume OBGYN practices, including coverage for practice managers when out on leave.
• Support Care Center Human Resources activities including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding of employees, performance management, and payroll processing.
• Accounts Payable submissions and approvals
• Vendor selection and evaluation for specific care center needs.

Additional Job Functions:

• Conduct regular 1:1s with care center practice managers to ensure performance expectations are being met.
• Collaborate with other UWH departments to support execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ensure inventory management, vendor contracts, and facility standards are maintained.
• Respond to patient, physician, vendor, and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; foster morale, motivation, and accountability; address performance and disciplinary issues as needed.
• Attend monthly CGB meetings and report on individual care center updates.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or relevant field.
• Associate's degree in healthcare management or related field with 10+ years of experience in healthcare management.
• Highschool diploma with 12+ years of experience in healthcare management.

Experience

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a healthcare management position.
• Preferred experience: 10+ years of experience in healthcare management overseeing multi-site OB/GYN offices.
