Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and Attributes for Success- Interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams.- Prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development, and threat analysis.Qualifications- Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence exploitation analyst experience at the full performance level, with 3 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.- Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support Intelligence Exploitation analytical efforts and product development.- Strong briefing skills and capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.- Advance working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.Our Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
