Position Details:

• Full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity
• August 2026 – June 2027
• 32.5 hours per week
• Junior/Senior High School setting
• Caseload of approximately 15-20 students
• Combination of co-taught and resource classroom services
• School hours: 7:20 AM – 2:40 PM
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Develop and implement IEPs and individualized instructional strategies

Requirements:

• Active Michigan Special Education Teaching License required
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Ability to work effectively in both co-teaching and resource settings
