Compensation Range: $100,000-$150,000 DOE Responsibilities: Assist clients step-by-step through every phase of the eviction process Provide legal advice through phone consultations, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario Conduct legal research in order to identify and assess cases and legal issues Draft legal correspondence, including letters and notices, based on client needs Conduct and direct legal document preparation and review, including summons and complaints and stipulations Qualifications: J.D. and an active California Bar license General knowledge of civil litigation The following qualifications are preferred: Knowledge of the litigation process and California Civil Code Some contact with the rental housing industry Schedule: Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday. We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
