Job Details Leading Electrical Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in Design Build and Industrial Projects. Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 per year. Responsibilities include managing multiple high‑profile electrical construction projects from start to finish. The role requires a strong leader with a background in electrical construction, industrial, data center, and design‑build processes. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Nevada and thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment. Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple complex electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including risk mitigation proposals and project schedules. Review and monitor project costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying potential cost savings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication. Conduct project estimation and purchasing activities, ensuring procurement of necessary materials and services. Oversee all aspects of design‑build processes, ensuring high‑quality electrical construction projects. Handle any project‑related issues, making strategic decisions to resolve problems and mitigate risks. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry. Proven experience managing ground‑up, industrial, and data center projects. Strong knowledge of design‑build processes and electrical systems. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of leading project teams. Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs. Strong budgeting and cost‑control skills, managing project finances effectively. Experience in project estimation and purchasing. Excellent strategic planning abilities, foreseeing potential issues and developing effective solutions. Strong problem‑solving skills, making sound decisions under pressure.
