We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Staff Accountant who is able to successfully prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Coordinator's primary responsibility is to assist the Proposal Manager with all our project pursuits. This will include preparing statements of qualifications, proposals, employee resumes, and client presentations. This role requires a document management and given tasks to complete. You may be asked to assist with writing of documentation. You will be asked to prepare document layouts, design documents, format documents using previous templates, proofread, and deliver final content.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposal Coordination: Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations. Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business development staff to gather necessary information for proposals. Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements. Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submission. Maintain a library of proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, and other reusable content. Marketing Support: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and brand. Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and social media content. Coordinate and support marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Manage the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging. Database Management: Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with relevant project and client information. Track and report on proposal and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with project partners, from other firms, on JV pursuits from the RFQ phase through to the RFP Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to keep the company’s marketing efforts competitive. Provide training and support to staff on proposal development processes and best practices.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Communications, Graphic Design, or related degree or relevant experience. 3+ years of marketing and proposal coordination experience in the construction industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandatory proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of construction industry terminology preferred.
