About the Role The Client Relationship Coordinator is essential in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position supports our advisory team by managing client communications, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring that every client is heard, supported, and valued. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about building strong relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy. Build trusted relationships through consistent and thoughtful communication. Assist clients with paperwork, account updates, forms, and general service needs. Maintain a client-first mindset in all interactions to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Administrative & Operational Support Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-up tasks. Prepare and process client forms, onboarding documents, and ongoing service requests. Maintain accurate records in CRM and compliance systems. Support reporting, account organization, and service workflow management. Team Collaboration Work closely with advisors and operations staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Assist with team projects, initiatives, and special office events. Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Office & Event Support (as needed) Assist with client appreciation events, community initiatives, and office logistics. Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. Qualifications Required Strong communication skills—professional, clear, warm, and client-focused. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to meet client needs. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a client-centric mindset. Preferred Experience in financial services, customer service, or administrative support. Familiarity with CRM systems, financial documentation, or compliance processes.
