About the Role As an ADON at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. This includes: Leadership: Supervise and mentor an interdisciplinary team of caregivers, including nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff. Quality Care: Ensure that our residents receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences. Staff Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including administration, nursing, and activities, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensing, certification, and accreditation processes. Infection Control: Implement and monitor infection control practices to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
