We're currently seeking an experienced Metal Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on large-scale commercial and industrial jobs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of metal roofing installers on commercial job sites.
• Oversee installation of standing seam, R-panel, and custom sheet metal roofing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and shop details.
• Coordinate daily work plans with project managers and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure job site compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site to ensure proper use and minimal waste.
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial metal roofing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in standing seam, exposed fastener, and custom sheet metal systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and roofing best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in fast-paced environments.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
