Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for Emergency Room position. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize incoming emergency cases to determine immediate care needs.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition proactively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Complete accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control measures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license for GA or a Compact state license required at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in emergency treatment procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend and major holidays as required.
