What We Offer Our Maintenance Technicians * Pay: $23/hour (and up, depending on experience) * On-call pay:

• $150/week (calls or no calls)
• Additional $150 per holiday on-call
• Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry

items * Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas * Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly What We’re Looking For as a Maintenance Technician

• At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Physical & Technical Requirements of the Maintenance Technician role

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems,

etc.)

• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
