Advertising Sales Representative – 1099 Commission Only 

About the Role 

We are seeking highly motivated, commission-driven sales professionals to sell digital advertising across a growing network. This is an independent contractor 1099, commission-only opportunity for individuals who are comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and are motivated by closing deals. 

This role is built around consistent cold-calling activity. If you are not prepared to commit to a minimum of 150 outbound calls per week, this role is not a fit. 

The position can be pursued part-time or full-time, but success requires discipline, persistence, and weekly outbound efforts. Renewals and rollover clients are built into the model, allowing consistent performers to create compounding income over time. 

No cap on earnings, based on activity and success, renewals and retained clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Revenue Generation 

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to local and regional businesses 
• Prospect, pitch, and close new digital advertising clients 
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close 

Activity & Execution Standards  

• Maintain a minimum of 150 outbound calls per week 
• Track calls, prospects, and closed business accurately 
• Operate with urgency, consistency, and professionalism 

Qualifications 

• Strong phone presence and closing ability 
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time independently 
• Willingness to consistently perform outbound cold calling
