Payroll Specialist

Medical Services of America is currently seek an experienced Full-Time Payroll Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Lexington, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and enters new and current employee data.
• Organizes and processes bi-weekly payroll data in an accurate and timely manner.
• Edits reports for accuracy and reasonableness prior to printing checks/stubs and final payroll reports.

Job Requirements

• High school or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1 year payroll processing experience required.
• Previous large payroll (100 employees or more) processing experience preferred .
• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Payroll/HR Software experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment under minimal supervision.
